With the disappearance of phone books (remember those?) a company must rely on how their online presence reflects their brand, but also be entertaining AND educate the public on the company's offerings - it's quite the juggling act at times. I believe these can all be accomplished with an eye on the company's branding and the ability to quickly pivot and adapt.
